Magnet Neighbourhoods
Local homes. Local businesses. Your name.
Start with the neighbourhoods or postal codes you want to serve. Choose a 5,000 or 15,000-home zone and share a neighbourhood mailing: one REALTOR® and three non-competing local businesses, on four equal panels.
Shared printing and mailing costs. Repeat local visibility. Delivered by Canada Post.
Area requests are reviewed manually, subject to availability and a confirmed agreement. An inquiry does not reserve an area.
How it works
A practical way to stay visible in the community you serve, without carrying the entire print and mail budget alone.
Tell us the postal codes or neighbourhoods you want to be known in, at roughly 5,000 or 15,000 homes.
Bring three non-competing local businesses, or ask us to help find them.
Four equal panels: yours plus three partners. Printing and mailing costs are shared four ways.
The mailer goes to households in your zone, and you can repeat it on a schedule you agree to.
One zone · one REALTOR® · one per category
One REALTOR® and three non-competing business partners per program zone. One advertiser per business category—so a competing business won’t appear alongside yours on the same shared mailer.
Subject to category and zone availability and a confirmed booking. Exclusivity applies within this program, not to other advertising in the area.

Your local reach
Start with the neighbourhoods that matter to your business. Zone boundaries and household counts are reviewed before anything is confirmed.

homes
Several connected neighbourhoods for a broader local presence.
Area and category exclusivity applies only within this program, subject to availability and a confirmed agreement. It does not confer ownership of any postal area.

One REALTOR® + three local businesses
Every advertiser receives a panel of equal size, so each name has room to be recognized.
Your brand, your message, your contact details.
A non-competing local business.
A different category, same neighbourhood.
Rounds out a mailer worth keeping.
Familiarity, neighbourhood by neighbourhood
Built for consistent local visibility. No number of leads, calls, listings or other results is guaranteed.
A physical mailer gives your brand local visibility alongside your digital marketing, without promising attention or response.
Plan around selected neighbourhoods or postal areas. Postal routes and household counts are subject to confirmation.
Your REALTOR® message gets one of four equal panels. Share printing and mailing expenses with three non-competing local businesses.
Return to the same zone with repeated mailings rather than a one-off city-wide blitz. Familiarity takes consistency; results are not guaranteed.
FAQ
Pricing depends on zone size, print specs and mailing schedule. The Kingston rate card is a local example, not national pricing. Send an inquiry and we'll provide pricing for your area after reviewing it.
No. Every inquiry is reviewed manually. Nothing is reserved until availability is confirmed and you've agreed to terms in writing.
Where available and confirmed in your agreement, you can be the only REALTOR® (and each partner the only business in its category) for that zone within this program. It doesn't give anyone ownership of a postal area, and it doesn't restrict other mail outside this program.
Delivered by Canada Post to households in the selected zone.
No. Repeated mailings help build consistent local visibility, but we don't promise a set number of leads, calls or results.
No. Magnet Neighbourhoods is an independent program operated by Jason Clarke and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CREA. REALTOR® is a trademark controlled by CREA, used to identify its members.
Partners must be non-competing local businesses: think a café, a dentist and a landscaper, not three mortgage brokers.
Your neighbourhood request
Every inquiry is reviewed by hand. You'll get a reply with availability and zone pricing. This is not an instant lookup or a reservation.
